WHO ARE WE?
Maddogs made the transition into the World Olympic Taekwondo scene from kickboxing in 2017. After 35 years at the highest level in kickboxing, with over 33 multiple world champion along with many British and European titles, Head-coach Dave Maddock set his sights on a new challenge, not only for himself but his whole team!
Dave, having reached the highest coaching level in kickboxing, with eleven years as head coach for the GB Wako Kickboxing team, believed the development program within Maddogs would shine in the world of Taekwondo. Since the transition we have been making a name for ourselves by winning multiple individual and team national titles, along with G1 and G2 champions!

Through our partnership with British Taekwondo Schools, we are able to send our talented fighters to Team GB's fighting chance! Giving the opportunity of making it into Team GB squad to our athletes!
Many of our own fighters, even with kickboxing backgrounds, have made it through fighting chance and into the Team GB squad! These fighters have done amazing things in there time with GB and have gone on to win medals at top competitions around the world!
So if you want a chance to make it to the top, we can get you there!

LICENCING
A licence is necessary for training, competing and grading. It is a stipulation by the governing body (British Taekwondo) that all members and instructors must hold a valid and up-to-date licence with British Taekwondo.
The British Taekwondo approved licence fee is £60 per person, per year. This is a licence to train with BTS Maddogs and compete in British Taekwondo competitions and to grade.
There is a grace period of 7 days from the first training date before the licence must be paid in full.

FOR AGES 2 TO 5 YEARS
Perfect session for development of all basic fundamentals, selection, reaction & balance skills and building confidence, all within a safe, fun and enjoyable environment! A great first step into any sport!

BEGINNER

Introduction into combat sports, specifically taekwondo. Helps to improve all basic sports skills and world taekwondo specific skills.
